How to Adjust Car Headlights

Sometimes, I am on a serious situation when driving at night. Oncoming cars' headlights is too bright and high and I can't see forward side properly.

I know your headlights perform well.

And, mine' are same or better.

Please adjust your headlights. See the next video. You can do it , youcan help someone. Or, if you see blue light signal on your dashboard(gauge), you are wrong. Put your light lever up.
